DID WMB EVER SAY THAT RUSSIA WOULD DEMAND FOR OIL FROM ISRAEL IN THE NEAR FUTURE? Did he ever say anything about Israel becoming an Oil producer . BECAUSE ITS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO HAPPEN.

He is interpreting something from scripture, a prophecy already made. Many people have believed this for years as being what scripture states. Look at this commentary from 1903:
- Ezekiel then shews that, when God restores Israel and plants them in their own land, Russia is to be the last great enemy that comes up to attack them, and meets with its own demolition from the hands of God on the mountains of Israel. [1]
